Terms and conditions - Competition

1. Win a $500 voucher to spend on RV Super Centre retail accessories for your RV.

2. The promoter of this Competition is RV Super Centre.

i) Start date: 9:00am 15th of March 2024
ii) End date: 5:00pm on 17th March 2024

3. Entry and prize details

(a) To enter the entrants must follow the instructions provided at the Covi SuperShow sign up station by completing and filling out all questions on a physical form.

(b) The giveaway is to “sign up and be in to win” and participants must enter their details stated on the form (physical or digital) and answer all questions to have the chance to win a $500 accessory voucher.

(c) This $500 RV Super Centre Accessory gift card will be provided to you. The Voucher is valid until 24 months after the issue date.

(d) The winner will be drawn at random on the 18th February, at RV Super Centre Auckland ( 13 Manu Tapu Drive, Auckland Airport). The winner will be notified by email or phone on the same day.

(e). If the winner has not confirmed receipt of the prize, or cannot be contacted using the details provided on their entry form within 3 days of being notified then, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will occur and a new winner will be notified who shall have 3 days in which to confirm receipt of the prize. This process will continue until receipt of the prize has been successfully confirmed.

(f) This prize is not refundable, not transferable, nor exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange and is not for purchase of separate e-vouchers or gift cards. The prize is in retail value in New Zealand dollars.

(g) This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as winners.

4. Eligibiltiy

(a) Entry is usually restricted to existing and new customers of the RV Super Centre.

(b) Participants must be residing in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or over to enter.

(d) The competition is open to people who live in New Zealand and have completed sign up through the QR code or iPad or physical form at the show.

(e). Employees and immediate families of the Promoter or any of their agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

5. Additional terms

(a). By participating in this competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.

(b) If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition (in the sole opinion of the Promoter), the Competition may be abandoned or postponed at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

(c) The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time and without prior notice.

(d) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
